A dog named Frannie was found stabbed 19 times all over her body at a church. 

Veterinarians say she was suffering from blood loss, shock and trauma. 

An animal cruelty task force in Missouri took the poor pup in to take care of her and clean her wounds. 

Nearly a month later, the 10-year-old poodle mix, has made a remarkable recovery. 

She's now been adopted by the family of the first responder who rescued her.
